Welcome to Cape Cod Vacation Rentals

We have stayed in two different properties managed by the Dervishian family. We have spent two weeks in the Dover rd property and one in Tracy lane. The properties are very similar and offer many amenities that made our stay pleasurable and stress free. They are both furnished beautifully and stocked with everything you could possibly need. They are meticulously landscaped and maintained. The pools are large and clean. Each has a basement with family themed activities ie pool tables, air hockey, card tables, and laundry. The locations are close to all the fun stuff to do on the cape. Beaches, shopping, and loads of great restaurants. Both locations are located at the end of quiet dead end streets with plenty of safe space for children to ride bikes and play outside. These homes are really great vacation spots.

I’d also like to mention the Dervishian family are a pleasure to deal with. This is a family run business and Ed is a pleasure to deal with. He is a hard worker who takes pride in his properties. He is honest and goes the extra mile to make your vacation stress free. He responds to text messages and phone calls promptly and is happy to address any issue that may arise. He welcomes you upon arrival and enthusiastically tours his property with you to make sure you know where everything is and is happy to share the secret spots that only the “locals” know. I hesitated writing this because I didn’t want the competition for the good weeks but I guess I gotta book early now.

My extended family and I have stayed at this great vacation rental in Cape Cod, MA, located at 59 Tracy Lane for the past several summers and I can’t recommend it enough. With three spacious bedrooms, it is perfect for our large group, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The highlight of the property has to be the inground heated pool, beautifully maintained and right next to the large outdoor patio, it provided endless hours of fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults. The house itself is charming and well-equipped, with an open living area and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is great, offering easy access to local attractions and the picturesque Cape Cod scenery. Overall, this rental makes our summer family vacations truly memorable and we will keep coming back every year!

We have been staying at 114 Dover Rd. for a week in the summer for many years. The owner and his family are great to work with, always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Almost every year Ed has made kitchen, bathroom, and or landscaping upgrades. This year the downstairs, bathroom was renovated and the outdoor porch was redone making it a great place to relax and recharge. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but near the Cape Cod Children’s Museum, the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, and Mashpee Commons. While there are wonderful nearby places to visit, our favorite gathering place is near the private, heated, saltwater pool. We enjoyed many hours each day there with our family. We plan to return for another special week next year!

I stayed at 114 Dover with my family and some friends and we all had a great time. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool was the best part with no trees overhanging it and the kids enjoyed it both during the day and at night as there was a light in it and lights around the pool. South Cape beach was less than a 15 minute drive away and was one of the better beaches I have been to on the cape- not overcrowded and parking was reasonably priced and plentiful. Ed, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house.

We have stayed at 59 Tracy Lane for the past few labor Day weekends. The owner maintains the place in top notch updated condition with a heated pool, fire pit, grills, Tvs in every room, clean basements game tables. With spacious bedrooms, it was perfect for our Family, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax
